Urthax the Magic (54mm)

An original hand-painted work by Marc Masclans.

Urthax, the old wizard, in the middle of casting a spell.

The deep violets of the robe and the silver beard blowing in the wind frame the piece's focal light: the staff, glowing magenta and tinting the wizard's hand and face. At his feet, a skull on the stone base.
